Trampling Mania

Anna's boyfriend promised to clean the stables for her but when she comes back she finds the stables dirty and he's sitting on a bench smoking a cigarette. Anna is really pissed, grabs his hands and bounds them together with a rope - then she forces him on the ground and steps on him with her high heel shoes.
